Are you facing a screening at an airline? Increase your chances by preparing properly for the assessment. Make an appointment for a session in one of our simulators, so you can verify your skills, familiarise yourself with the cockpit of a Boeing 737-800, Boeing 737 MAX 8 or Airbus A320 and the layout of the various instruments, and learn what to look out for and what mistakes to beware of. Introductory conversation
Discussion of the recruitment process, screening stages and airline expectations.

Pre-session briefing
Explanation of manoeuvres, procedures and approaches performed during the simulator session.

Simulator session
Flight deck operations: procedures, flight profiles, stabilisation, configurations and crew resource management.
