How long are the gift vouchers valid? All vouchers for the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 simulators currently available in our offer, depending on the option chosen, are valid for 6, 9 or 12 months from the date of purchase.
Is the voucher issued in a specific name? No — the vouchers we offer are not personalised. They have a unique code used to verify them when booking a flight in the simulator. Therefore, when filling in the details on the order form, please provide your own details as the purchaser.
Can the delivery date be changed? Yes, you can do this in the Customer Portal or by contacting AirPoint by email or telephone.
How to choose a location? After selecting the package, you will proceed to the city selection step.
