- Knowledge of civil aviation
- Knowledge of IFR flight rules (navigation, instrument approaches)
- Knowledge of the basic principles of air traffic control
- Very good knowledge of Boeing 737-800 / 737 MAX 8 systems
- Experience with Microsoft Flight Simulator/P3D/X-Plane/
- High personal culture
- Communication skills and a personal approach to each client
- English language knowledge of at least B2 level
- Availability (including weekends)
