Rules and regulations for the use of AirPoint premises and the flight simulator
Good afternoon, please read the Terms and Conditions for the use of the AirPoint Premises and the Flight Simulator.
Rules of order in force from 3 November 2025.
- Introductory provisions
- These Rules and Regulations have been adopted to ensure order and safety on the Premises and during the stay and use of the Flight Simulator and apply to all Premises operating under the AirPoint brand (hereinafter referred to as the „Rules and Regulations”).
- The regulations were adopted by:

- AirPoint sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, ul. Pokorna 2 lok. U12, KRS number 0000677044 - as the operator of the Warsaw and Katowice Locations,
- AirPoint Polska sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, ul. Pokorna 2 lok. U12, KRS number 0000785197 - as the operator of the Locations in Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Poznań,
hereinafter referred to as the „Owner”.

- The premises consist of functionally separate spaces including a waiting room, reception area, corridors, sanitary facilities and a flight simulator.
- The Rules and Regulations shall apply to all persons on the whole of the Premises, unless otherwise stated in the Rules and Regulations or unless the Rules and Regulations apply only to particular parts of the Premises.
- Premises opening hours
- The premises are open to customers during the hours listed on the website at: https://airpoint.eu/#Kontakt.
- The Proprietor of the Premises reserves the right to change, either temporarily or permanently, the opening hours given above, in particular in connection with holidays or for other reasons, and also reserves the right to close the Premises temporarily.
- Changes made pursuant to clause 2.2 will be communicated to customers on the website and by such other means as the Premises Owner deems appropriate.
- Commercial use of the Premises
- The premises are suitable for retail, entertainment and service activities.
- Any activity, regardless of whether it is commercial or non-commercial, carried out on the Premises is only possible with the written consent of the Premises Owner. Written consent shall also be deemed to be consent in the form of an email.
- It is prohibited to conduct any promotional and advertising actions on the premises of the Shopping Centre, with the exception of actions agreed and approved by the Owner. In particular, the above prohibition applies to actions involving the distribution of promotional and advertising materials, the placement of advertisements on the Premises or on the shop windows and appurtenant areas. The provisions of this section of the Rules and Regulations shall also apply to all forms of political activity.
- Conducting any collection of money or in kind for socially useful purposes is only possible with the prior consent of the Premises Owner.
- In the event of a breach of the above provisions, the Premises Owner reserves the right to take any action permitted by law to remove the persons or institutions committing the above breaches from the Premises and to take action to prevent such breaches from occurring in the future, and reserves the right to pursue claims against the violators.
- Notwithstanding the consent obtained from the Owner of the Premises, if it is intended to record audio-video material, it is necessary to obtain permission for the use of the image from persons present on the Premises on behalf of the Owner, in particular staff.
- Rules applicable to persons on the Premises
- Visiting the Premises may only take place during the opening hours of the Premises or at times agreed with the Owner.
- Children under 13 years of age should only be accompanied by adults on the Premises.
- Customers of the Premises and other persons in the Premises shall comply with the instructions given by the Premises Owner and other persons authorised by the Premises Owner.
- The consumption of alcohol on the Premises is prohibited. This prohibition may only be waived for closed events and with the express consent of the Owner of the Premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the Premises. The prohibition also applies to any electronic device that emits smoke or vapours as a result of heating substances containing nicotine or similar.
- It is forbidden to move or stay in the technical or service rooms.
- It is prohibited to ride bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates and similar equipment on the Premises. Such equipment may only be left on the Premises with the consent of the Owner or staff and only in the designated areas.
- Persons behaving in an uncultured manner or in a manner inconsistent with prevailing customs and social norms and persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other similarly acting substances, as well as persons whose behaviour poses a threat to safety or property, may be removed from the Premises.
- Persons manifestly failing to observe the rules of personal hygiene, in particular those emitting an odour that may disturb the customers of the Premises, may be removed from the Premises. Persons who show strong symptoms of infection may be treated in the same way.
- It is forbidden to contaminate, damage or make improper use of the equipment and installations on the Premises.
- It is forbidden to bring into the Premises weapons, explosives or dangerous materials or any type of object that may pose a threat to the life or health of the occupants.
- In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation or other danger, persons present on the Premises shall strictly comply with verbal instructions and specific directions from the Premises staff and relevant services.
- Entry to the Premises with animals is permitted subject to the following conditions. The animal must be kept on a leash or held at all times (small animals). The person bringing in the animal is fully responsible for its behaviour, maintenance of discipline and hygiene, and is solely liable for any damage caused by the animal.
- Security of use of the Premises
- The entity responsible for security on the Premises is the Owner.
- In order to ensure the protection and security of the Premises, the Owner has entered into a contract with a security agency to provide security services for persons and property.
- Staff present at the Premises, as well as Security Agency staff, shall have the right to take, inter alia, the following actions (subject to their compliance with applicable regulations):
- to establish entitlement to be on the Premises and to identify persons for the purpose of establishing their identity,
- to summon persons to leave the Premises if they are found to be unauthorised to be on the Premises or if they are found to be disorderly or in breach of these Regulations,
- apprehend persons clearly posing a direct threat to human life or health, as well as to protected property, with a view to handing such persons over to the Police without delay,
- the use of direct coercive measures in the event of a threat to the property entrusted to their protection or to repel an attack on a member of staff, in the cases specified by the relevant legislation.
- The occupants of the Premises are obliged to comply with the regulations and signals concerning fire alarms, alarms announced in connection with any other type of security threat, including due to a terrorist threat, complying in this respect with the instructions issued by the Owner of the Premises and his staff, as well as by the security agency.
- Rules of use for the Flight Simulator
- There shall be one or more devices on the Premises for simulated flights, such devices being a separate structure and clearly separated from the rest of the Premises (hereinafter the „Flight Simulator”).
- The use of the Flight Simulator is only possible under the supervision of the staff on the Premises (hereinafter referred to as „Instructor”).
- Use of the Flight Simulator is only possible under the supervision of an Instructor. Entry to the Flight Simulator requires the express permission of the Instructor.
- The user of the Flight Simulator is obliged to strictly comply with the instructions given by the Instructor. In the event that the user of the Flight Simulator ignores the instructions, the Instructor may terminate the session or, in particularly justified cases, end it prematurely and order the user to leave the Flight Simulator.
- The user shall be liable for any damage to the Flight Simulator as a result of failure to comply with instructions given by the Instructor.
- Consumption of all drinks and food in the Flight Simulator is prohibited.
- The taking of photographs or recordings covering the course of a session in the Flight Simulator is only possible with the permission of the Instructor.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances of similar effect may not use the Flight Simulator.
- Minors under the age of 13 may only stay in and use the Flight Simulator under the supervision of their guardian, who must be in the Flight Simulator together with the minor in his/her care at all times during the session. If the chaperone leaves the Flight Simulator, the session may be terminated. The guardian is solely responsible for the safety and for any damage caused by the minor while on the Premises and in the Flight Simulator.
- The above rules for the use of the Flight Simulator apply to both the user of the Simulator and those observing the session in the Flight Simulator space.
- Processing of personal data
- In order to ensure the protection and security of persons and property, a Video Surveillance System (Surveillance) may be operated on the Premises. Personal data of visitors to the Premises, in particular recorded in connection with the Monitoring (in particular in the form of an image), will be processed for these purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO).
- The administrator of the personal data obtained from the Monitoring is the Owner with its registered office in Warsaw at Pokorna Street 2 premises U12, 00-199 Warsaw.
- Contact with the Data Controller is possible in writing or by email at info@airpoint.eu.
- The detailed principles and legal basis for the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, available on the Administrator's website at airpoint.eu.
- Final provisions
- The legal basis for the application of these Terms and Conditions is the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of law.
- Any complaints or requests can be made directly at the Premises or by email: info@airpoint.eu. Complaints and applications will be resolved by the Owner within 14 days of receipt, unless a different time limit for handling claims is provided for by law.
- In addition to the rights set out in these Rules and Regulations, the Owner of the Premises shall have the rights provided for in generally applicable legislation, in particular relating to the assertion of liability for damages and the notification of relevant services and authorities.
- The Rules and Regulations apply throughout the Premises and being on the Premises signifies agreement to their application.
- The Rules and Regulations are valid until further notice and may be amended by the Owner at any time.
