Good afternoon, we invite you to review the Privacy Policy applicable to the Website and Online Shop operated by AirPoint. By making a purchase or booking, you consent to AirPoint processing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RODO.
- Definitions:
- Data Administrator - means AirPoint sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw at Pokorna 2, U12 premises, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Business Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000677044, share capital PLN 50,000 paid in full, NIP 5252710092, REGON 367247644, acting under the name of AirPoint;
- Website - the website including subpages and the sales system available at www.airpoint.eu.
- Online Shop - the website including sub-sites and sales system available at www.sklep.airpoint.eu.
- Customer or User - means a person who makes a purchase or reservation of services or goods via www.airpoint.eu or in person at the place of service;
- RODO - Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Act - Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).
- Personal data will only be processed by the Data Controller on the basis of an authorisation to process the data or solely in connection with the fulfilment of orders, the provision of services or the sale of goods by the Data Controller.
- The scope of personal data processed by the Data Controller includes: name, email, telephone number, residential address and IP number. The need to collect personal data and the extent of the data is a direct result of the nature of the business and serves the opportunity to use the services or purchase goods.
- It is a condition of using the services offered by AirPoint that you provide personal data. Failure to provide this data will prevent AirPoint from providing the service or selling the goods.
- Data sets can be maintained in electronic or paper form.
- Anyone who provides their personal data to the Data Controller has the right to:
- access to their data;
- Objections;
- rectification of personal data;
- being forgotten;
- limitation of processing;
- data portability.

- The Data Controller may refuse to delete personal data if the User has violated applicable laws and the retention of the Customer's personal data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and to establish the responsibility of the Purchaser by the judicial authorities. The Data Administrator may also refuse to delete personal data if it is necessary to assert legitimate claims against the Customer.
- Personal data is retained by the Data Controller for the duration resulting from the services provided or the sale of goods, and afterwards until the expiry of any claims.
- The Data Administrator protects the personal data provided to him. Data is made available to third parties only on the basis of personal data entrustment agreements and only in connection with the need to ensure the possibility of using the Website and the services provided through it or the sale of goods by the Shop. Entities to whom data is entrusted are:
- hosting company;
- the company operating the booking system;
- online payment company;
- card payment company;
- accounting firm.processing restrictions;
- The Data Controller only uses personal data for marketing purposes if the Customer has given its express consent.
- The Data Controller ensures the security of the personal data processed by providing adequate technical and organisational measures, including the use of an encrypted SSL connection, and only authorised persons are allowed to process the data.
- The Data Controller does not profile users on the basis of the data provided. The data collected via Google Analytics and Facebook mechanisms are anonymous and used for statistical purposes only.
- Each User has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- The Data Administrator uses the mechanism of cookies, which are stored by the server on the hard drive of the User's terminal device when the Users use the Website.
- The use of cookies is aimed at the correct operation of the Website or the Shop on the Users' final devices. This mechanism does not damage the Buyers' terminal equipment and does not cause any configuration changes in the Buyers' terminal equipment or in the software installed on such equipment. Cookies are not intended to identify Buyers.
- The Data Controller uses cookies mechanisms in order to save information about the Purchasers' terminal equipment, to save settings and data used in forms related to the use of the Website or the Shop and for statistical purposes.
- Each User may disable the cookies mechanism in the browser of his/her terminal device or by selecting the appropriate options when using the Website or the Shop for the first time. However, disabling the cookies mechanism may make it difficult or impossible to use the Website or the Shop.
